Located on the exclusive top floor directly overlooking the waterfront, our studio boasts a truly remarkable asset: a generously sized terrace. This significant outdoor area provides an unparalleled platform to soak in the magnificent, wide-angle views. Gaze out over the bustling waterway and take in the panoramic spectacle of the cityscape – a constantly engaging vista that forms a dramatic backdrop to the studio itself.
It is especially lovely in summer to relax and take a break from work, letting the sun hit your face and enjoying a cool breeze.
Many a party we have had on this here terrace, and many more shall come.
Our office building was newly built in 2025 and completely renovated in our typical style.
It comes with all the standard things you'd expect from a professional work environment.
There are several rejuvenation projects in the last few years, and the office has many great amenities close by.
